Terms governing your use of HRTMe

By downloading, installing, or using HRTMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
HRTMe is an HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) reminder and tracking application for iOS and watchOS. The App allows you to:

The App is a reminder and tracking tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. You should:
The developer is not a healthcare provider and assumes no responsibility for medical decisions you make.
HRTMe offers three tiers of access:
The Free tier is available at no cost and includes core medication tracking functionality with a limit of one medication.
The Essential tier is available as an auto-renewable subscription:
Essential includes everything in Free plus wellbeing check-in, symptom tracking, period tracking, additional reminder options, medication activity log, insights, iCloud backup, and support for up to 3 medications.
The Complete tier is available as an auto-renewable subscription:
Complete includes everything in Essential plus advanced insights, GP report generation, history export, priority support, and support for up to 12 medications.
The following disclosures are required by Apple for apps with auto-renewable subscriptions:
Subscription prices are set by the developer and processed by Apple. The developer does not have access to your payment information. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple Support.
Subscription prices may change from time to time. If the price of a subscription increases, Apple will notify you and require your consent before renewing at the new price, in accordance with App Store policies.
HRTMe offers a 7-day free trial of the Complete tier.
Users who installed and used HRTMe before the introduction of the subscription system are granted lifetime access to the Complete tier at no cost ("Grandfathered Access").
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund, contact Apple directly:
The developer does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
You agree to:
HRTMe, including its design, code, icons, and content, is the intellectual property of Forgeyard Digital. All rights reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how the App handles your data. In summary:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, the developer does not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
The developer may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated by:
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the App and cancel any active subscription.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
Use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence to the extent required by Apple's App Store guidelines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Apple's Licensed Application EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the use of HRTMe.

These disclosures must also appear on the subscription purchase screen within the App, near the purchase button, as required by App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2.
