Your patient, with her HRT in order.
A menopause review is short. HRTMe helps the woman in front of you arrive with a clear, one-tap record — her medications, how consistently she's taken them, her bleeding pattern and her symptoms over time — so the conversation starts with facts, not guesswork.
A report she brings to you
With one tap, HRTMe turns a woman's own logs into a concise PDF — current regimen, adherence, bleeding and symptom trends — designed to be read in the minutes a review actually allows.
Built around real regimens
Sequential and continuous HRT, patches, gels, sprays, tablets, capsules and pessaries — including dose changes and progestogen windows that move through the cycle. The complicated regimens are the point.
Every HRT brand on the NHS
A guided setup pre-fills every HRT brand available on the NHS — all of them — the way each is most commonly prescribed in the UK, with everything easily overridable to match what you've actually prescribed.
Her data, her choice
Everything is stored on the woman's own phone — no account, nothing sent anywhere. She decides if and when to show you her report. Nothing to integrate, nothing to govern.
HRTMe was developed with input from practising NHS clinicians, who helped shape how it tracks symptoms and wellbeing so the record a woman brings you is structured around what's actually useful in a review.
Common questions
Does HRTMe give medical advice?
No. It's a reminder and tracking tool. It records what the woman tells it and presents it clearly. All clinical decisions remain entirely yours.
Do I need to sign up or integrate anything?
No. There's nothing for your practice to install, license or administer. Your patient simply shares her PDF report with you.
What does it cost her?
Tracking her HRT and getting reminders is free. An optional subscription adds symptom and bleed tracking, deeper insights and the report.
Free for your patients, on iPhone and Apple Watch.
